About EasyStatementSheet

From bank PDF to working spreadsheet — no retyping, no stored data.

    What this is

EasyStatementSheet takes the PDF statement your bank hands you and turns it into something you can actually work with: an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV spreadsheet, or a QuickBooks Web Connect (.qbo) file that QuickBooks Online and Desktop accept directly. We made it for anyone who'd otherwise lose an evening to retyping transactions — small-business owners doing their own books, freelancers tracking income, and the bookkeepers who help them.

    What happens when you convert

Drop in a statement and the converter reads out each transaction: the date, the description, the amount, and the balance that followed. Before your file is delivered, those rows are tallied against the balance column your bank printed, so mistakes get caught on our side — not in your spreadsheet. It handles all major US banks, and there is nothing to install.

    Built to forget

The whole service is designed around zero data retention. Your PDF is read in memory and the output is built in memory; neither is ever saved to a database, storage bucket, or log. The document itself goes nowhere — only the plain statement text is passed to our AI partner (DeepSeek) for structuring, stripped of any file and any identity. What we do store is limited to the account and billing basics needed to keep your login working — never a single transaction. The fine print lives on our Trust & Security and Security FAQ pages.

    Why it exists

Typing bank transactions into a spreadsheet by hand is tedious and surprisingly easy to get wrong — one transposed digit and your books won't balance. The converters we tried either choked on real-world statements or quietly held onto the financial data they touched. So we built the tool we wished existed: one that reads messy real statements correctly, plays nicely with QuickBooks, and forgets your data the moment it's delivered.
